Pissi Myles was born kicking and screaming and hasn’t stopped since. As a comedian, singer, hostess, and humorist, Pissi has been noted as one of the funniest queens in New Jersey by fans, critics, and peers.
She received her BFA in Musical Theatre from Montclair State University in 2011, which was promptly traded in for big hair and sequined gowns. As a drag queen, she has used her dark sense of humor, learned musical talents, and vast knowledge of pop culture to quickly attract the attention of the nightlife community.
Pissi is the title-holder of Miss Fish NYC 2014, a pageant to find the “fishiest” queen in NYC. Contestants prepared evening gown, swimsuit, talent presentation, and final “Lipsync for Your Life” between the top three contestants. You can view Pissi’s talent presentation of her original parody of Lourde’s Royals, Real Girls here.
She is also the winner of Cycle 4 of Mimi Imfurst’s Philly Drag Wars, a thirteen-week competition in the style of RuPaul’s Drag Race where contestants prepare a runway look, as well as a secondary look and talent presentation each week. You can see Pissi’s winning performance here.
Following her win in Philly Drag Wars, Pissi has continued to produce successful comedy shows such as Meaty Tucks, Ham and Milk: An Unbalanced Meal with NYC’s The Dairy Queens, Ham and Meth with famed London queen Meth, and her monthly comedy show What Makes Me Pissi at L’Etage in Philadelphia. Her hosting and comedic talents have earned her the title of 2014’s Best Drag Hostess in Philadelphia at the Beacon Light Awards.
Pissi continues to produce her monthly show with gal pal Sherry Pie, “Pigs in a Blanket” at Tabu in Philadelphia, as well as her one “woman” show, Boys Will Be Girls at Rockbar, NYC. Her monthly show “Mouthy Bitch” is produced in Asbury Park, NJ where she also hosts weekly shows at The Asbury Hotel (Karaoke) and Georgies Bar (Lipsync Battle), among her many other guest appearances throughout NYC, Philadelphia, and NJ.
